For those who are less than 13 years old or 70 years old and older, physically handicapped disabled persons, or in any of the following cases, bicycles can be ridden on the sidewalk.
Pedestrians have priority on sidewalks. Slow down and ride the bicycle on the section of the sidewalk nearest the road or the section designated by the road sign.
In principle, only the rider can be on the bicycle.
In the case of a bicycle for a rider and two infants (a bicycle with a special structure or if equipped with equipment for two infants to ride), a rider aged 16 or older can carry two infants less than 6 years of age on the bicycle.
Please wear a helmet to protect your head.
