Deadline for FY2025 Bicycle Helmet Purchase Subsidy Is Tuesday, March 31

Minato City will provide JPY 2,000 worth of MINATOKU PAY paper vouchers to residents who have purchased a bicycle helmet and have obtained bicycle liability insurance or similar coverage.

Eligibility

Residents who have purchased a bicycle helmet by Tuesday, March 31.

Application

Please submit the required documents by mail or in person to the address below by Tuesday,March 31 (postmark accepted):
