Eligible to All Residents JPY 10,000 Worth of MINATOKU PAY Points Will Be Granted

To support the livelihoods of residents amidst rising prices and to stimulate the local economy, JPY 10,000 worth of MINATOKU PAY points will be granted to each eligible resident. For individuals who have difficulty using the MINATOKU PAY app, JPY 10,000 worth of MINATOKU PAY paper vouchers will be distributed instead.

Eligibility

Residents registered as living in Minato City as of January 1, 2026.
Eligible residents will receive a notification explaining the method of point allocation and asking whether they wish to receive paper vouchers.
