Convenience Store Certificate Issuance Service (10 yen)

Individuals who have a My Number Card can obtain Minato City resident certificates, family register certificates, seal registration certificates, and tax certificates at convenience stores nationwide.
Certificates that normally cost several hundred yen at the service counter are available for 10 yen at convenience stores, which makes this option cost-effective.

*The 10-yen fee for convenience store certificate issuance will remain in effect until the end of March 2027.

The number of people waiting at the Residents Support Section counter of each Regional City Office can be checked in real time.
