*Moving in or change of address notifications cannot be processed at the Minato City My Number Card Center.
Please submit such notifications to the Residents Support Section, Counter Services Subsection of your Regional City Office.

Procedures Related to My Number Cards at the Residents Support Section of each Regional City Office

With the opening of the Minato City My Number Card Center, the number of reservation slots for My Number Card–related procedures at the Residents Support Sections of each Regional City Office will be reduced. Please make use of the Minato City My Number Card Center. If you want to complete procedures other than receiving My Number Card, at the Resident Support Section of the Regional City office, please make a reservation in advance through the Minato City website.
If you would like to receive your My Number Card at the Residents Support Sections of the Regional City Office, please contact the Minato City My Number Card Call Center at least five business days before your desired date.
