National Pension Insurance Premium Amount Revised

The monthly National Pension insurance premium for Fiscal Year 2026 (April 2026 – March 2027) is ¥17,920. Payment slips will be mailed by the Japan Pension Service in early April. Please make your payment by the due date at a financial institution, post office, convenience store, or via a smartphone payment app.
You may receive a discount by paying your premiums in advance as a lump sum for 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years, rather than paying monthly. If you wish to make an advance payment using a payment slip, the payment deadline is Thursday, April 30. To obtain a payment slip for a two-year advance, you must contact the Minato Pension Office in advance.
