Partial Reorganization of Minato City Government Effective April 1

Shiba Regional City Office

The organizational structure was revised to promote the advancement of digital transformation (DX) at service counters.

Industry and Community Promotion Support Department

The department was reorganized to support the hosting of the Tokyo Bay Grand Fireworks Festival and to further promote the hometown tax donation program (furusato nozei).

Public Health and Welfare Support Department

The department was reorganized to further strengthen policies and services for senior citizens.

Minato Public Health Center

The organization was restructured to consolidate consultation services related to lodging facilities for businesses and residents into a single, more accessible point of contact.

City Development Support Department

The department was reorganized to ensure the efficient administration of condominium policies, the reconstruction of municipal housing, and guidance on road occupancy and excavation permits, as well as to promote waterfront-oriented community development.

Planning and Management Department

The department was reorganized to further advance measures addressing the declining birthrate, digital transformation (DX), and more effective public communications.

Disaster Prevention and Crisis Management Department

The organization was restructured to further enhance disaster prevention and crime prevention measures.

General Affairs Department

The department was reorganized to strengthen measures against harassment.
