*2 For those whose permanent domicile is within Minato City. However Convenience Store Certificate Issuance Service may not be available depends on the characters using in the name.
*3 Resident Code will not be indicated on the certificate if you use Convenience Store Certificate Issuance Service.
*4 Available only for those who have continued to reside in Minato City since January 1 of the applicable year.
*5 Telephone reservation service ended in fiscal year 2024.

Convenience Store Certificate Issuance Service with Basic Resident Registration Card will be ended at the end of 2025/12/24.
