Recruitment of Children for Pupils’ Clubs from April 1, 2026

Children whose guardians are not home after school because of work or other reasons are eligible to apply for enrollment in Pupils' clubs for the 2026 school year.

Eligible Children

[Pupils' Clubs at Children's Halls]

Children in grades 1 through 6 who live in or are enrolled in an elementary school in Minato City.

[Pupils' Clubs at Hoka GO→]

Children in grades 1 to 6 who are enrolled in the Hoka GO→Pupils' Club's elementary school or who live within the elementary school district where the Hoka GO→Pupils' Club is located.

Enrollment Information Distribution Locations

Available at each Pupils' club, Children and Youth Support Section (7th floor of the City Office), General Administration Section of each Regional Office, or downloadable from the Minato City website.

Application Procedure

Please apply to your first-choice Pupils' Club using one of the following methods:

By mail or online: January 5 (Mon) to January 26 (Mon), 2026 (must arrive by the deadline)

In person: January 13 (Tue) to February 2 (Mon), 2026
